How do I exchange an item?

You can exchange items at any AE, Aerie, or Offline store with proof of purchase within 60 days. Purchased your items online? We’ll give you an additional 7 days to make your exchange at a store.

We cannot accept exchanges by mail at this time. You can place a new order for an updated item, and separately mail the return back to us.
